Our goal is to monitor and report on the fulfillment of Canadian human rights law, including the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, the Canadian Bill of Rights, the Canadian Human Rights Act, and provincial and territorial human rights legislation, as well as international treaties to which Canada is a party that fall within the categories of United Nations human rights covenants, conventions, and protocols, International Labour Organization conventions, and Geneva conventions and protocols throughout the world.
